Background:
Attorney Fazzio’s commitment to assisting in repairing families and helping them through difficult times began when she started her career as an educator in 1965. Later as an assistant principal, she established herself as a staunch advocate for children, family rights, and the betterment of their education. She believes that all of her clients are involved in life changing situations, which have tremendous impacts on their personal and family lives. During the time she represents her clients, she guides them through the legal process by keeping them involved as informed and empowered individuals.

Additionally, Attorney Fazzio has a business background in managing family businesses, dealing with banks, construction companies and community relations. These have all been pivotally defining roles in here professional career, which have leveraged her the keen insight to identify with her clients’ diverse circumstances and business backgrounds.

Background:
Barbara M. Lew came out of the world of magazine publishing where she was the lone female franchise owner. Initially hired by Time, Inc., she opened sales offices throughout the United States in a comparatively new field of direct merchandising, where she was one of the initial implementers for direct telemarketing. Through extensive travel, she scaled the magnitude of operations by training branch offices throughout the United States. In addition, she was a national organizer for Cowles Communications, and later became the first woman franchise owner of a publication company. Later she ran her own marketing corporations dealing with loans, financing, sales and merchandising. She employed tens of thousands of people over a twenty-year period and gave them an opportunity to succeed in their chosen fields.

Now, she has realized her life’s true fulfillment and is a successful attorney in New York. She evaluates difficult cases, works with her clients to a positive resolution, and guides them through the judicial process. Complemented with her business background, she has developed the sage intellectual experience to understand the challenging decisions that must be made and evaluated in a broad scope of legal matters.


Attorney Lew is active in all types of litigation, involving personal financial matters, family law issues, which encompass divorce, custody, support, and post judgment matters. Additionally, she is a specialist in the state planning and probate challenges, including the opening and closing of decedents. She spends an extraordinary amount of time on each of her cases, making each a priority in her law offices.
